I am an entrepreneur by chance, a fitness freak by heart. I have experienced all aspects of being an entrepreneur & have learned every thing in the hard way..... consider myself lucky that I stayed & pursued my passion. After spending so many years in IT/IS industry, now I feel more confident while fostering Alliance & Partnerships for my team, I enjoy the toughest job of managing Internal Process Flow among different working verticals. I have vast expertise on Software Development & Product Customization (SaaS & ERP), Measuring & Monitoring Customer Experience, Revenue Assurance, Customer Insights, and Data Analytics & Visualization.
During start of my career I’ve worked on SQL, Oracle, &Java and later on went to manage multitude of teams to carve out niche software for customers. My strength lies in e2e scope for Consulting, Customer Engagement, Legacy Modernization and DevOps. In parallel I have tremendous experience on high performance computing nurturing Big Data on Data Collection & Cleansing with Cloud & Virtualization modules for operators in EU, ME, AF & APAC regions.
An industry veteran for more than a decade now, Shalabh has expertise in panel recruitment, tools and procedure trainings, team structuring and alignment and overall panel operations.
Prior to Solugo, he was a part of the leadership team at Innovate MR as Managing Director, India and was responsible for overall health of India team. Before Innovate MR, Shalabh was associated with Usamp (now Dynata) where he was responsible for operations and panel solutions.
His intensive knowledge and extensive experience team up to come up with out of the box solutions and cost-effective strategies for the clients. When not in front of his laptop screen, he is busy exploring different places, genres of music and quenching his thirst for reading book.
Richa Mathur is currently serving as Director- Account Management and Sales. She is responsible for overall growth and performance of the existing and new accounts. She works closely with Sales and Project Management team which empowers quicker and accurate responses to client. Her specialties include sales operations and sample management while taking care of quality of the online data. She also spearheads the team of Data Process, Sample Coding and Data Analysis. While excelling in these domains for more than 12 years, she has gained a lot of experience working with industry heavyweights like SSI, USamp and InnvoateMR. In her free time, she loves to read and wish to travel around the world.
Vishal is an industry veteran with over 14 years’ of experience in the online market research space. He is well equipped to drive client development and expansion in new regions. He holds an MBA in Finance and is an engineering degree in Computer Science. His outstanding experience includes working with the industry giants such as Evalueserve, Toluna, Branded Research and Torfac.
In his past experience as Director Client development at Torfac and Branded, Vishal supported the organisation’s sales strategy and client development. His role included managing key client accounts and a team of project managers to ensure end-to-end delivery.
Preeti Mishra serves as Associate Director of Business Development at Solugo. She joined in 2021 and is a senior executive in charge of the company’s direct and indirect sales efforts, strategic partnerships, and business development strategies. She is a seasoned market research professional with 7+ years of experience in the research industry. Prior to this, she has served organizations like Mindforce Research, Global Data and Philomath Research with her skills in Primary & Secondary Research, Market Analysis & Forecasting, Market Modelling & Competitive Landscaping, Syndicated & Custom Reports, Pre Sales & Business Development. With a master’s degree in Biotechnology Preeti finds solace in Healthcare/Medical Devices related research.
Srinivas K M is the man behind the expansion of Solugo Research’s qualitative team and helps clients in various researches including the development of new products, consumer insights and new-age research solutions focused on Offline & Online Research.
Srinivas has over 22 years of experience in the market research industry and his experience includes managing key client portfolios in Solugo Research. He specializes in strategic consulting, business research and analytics and has handled both client-side and vendor-side operations. His industry expertise spans across offline research, KPO, research and analytics working for Domestic & International companies. As a solutions architect, he designs business transformational solutions for FMCG, Telecom, Real Estate, Banking, Healthcare, Startups, MSME, Auto clients. He has also executed and managed various projects via Quantitative, Qualitative, Healthcare, Field & Tab... Srinivas holds a Bachelor's degree from Bangalore University
Ruchika Singla is Lead PM in Solugo Research and has a lot of valuable experience in client services, vendor/supply management, team handling, hiring and training process. She has more than 16 years of work experience in MR Industry. She also maintains and develops client business relationships with APAC, US and Europe clients. During these years, she has gained invaluable experience in the Market Research Industry by being a part of the Operations, Client Services and Quality Evaluation Team and has undertaken projects for global clients in the areas of Project Management, Sales Improvement, Quality Improvement and Process improvement. Prior to this, she worked as a Project Manager in Toluna and Data Diggers, and managed multiple projects with clients in US and Europe. Her scholastic achievement includes PGDBA in marketing, BCom (Hons) from DU. She always tries to keep a positive attitude and loves listening to Sufi music and Ghazals.
